The Director of Corporate Commercialization & Process Management is a strategic leader responsible for efficiently and effectively leading and managing the end-to-end commercialization process acrossCo-Manufacturing, Co-Packing, and Private Labelproduction at Maker’s Pride. This new position will own the entire commercialization process and is tasked with efficiently driving the strategic translation of product concepts into scalable, cost-competitive, and high-quality commercial solutions by partnering with internal teams and external manufacturing partners and vendors. The Director will lead the complete commercialization process for Maker’s Pride from concept to quote to production, ensuring alignment across Sales, Operations, Local Commercialization, Manufacturing Plants, R&D/ Engineering, Strategy, and Finance. The Director of Corporate Commercialization position will require skills in process definition, influencing, and collaboration across entire Commercialization team and cross-functional partners to drive results. Key Responsibilities: Commercialization Leadership Lead the full commercialization lifecycle—from concept development through launch and post-launch optimization—with a focus on speed to quote/market and external manufacturing execution. Develop and manage commercialization timelines, stage-gate processes, and key milestones for new product introductions (NPIs) and product renovations. Continually improve and iterate the end-to-end Commercialization process to push for speed and driving continued success in winning bids. Lead Commercialization process metrics tracking and reporting; with process optimization opportunities to be implemented with consultation of cross-functional leaders. Co-Manufacturing & Cross-Functional Collaboration Act as the primary liaison between internal teams (R&D/ Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Supply Chain) and external co-manufacturing partners. Translate product concepts into commercially viable solutions by aligning technical requirements with manufacturing capabilities. Ensure co-manufacturers are production-ready, aligned on specifications, and capable of meeting quality, cost, and delivery expectations. Strategic Planning & Execution Co-own the go-to-market strategic execution (with VP Commercial Strategy) and commercialization roadmap for innovation and renovation pipelines. Evaluate market trends, customer needs, and operational constraints to prioritize and sequence commercialization efforts (with VP Commercial Strategy) Partner with Finance and Supply Chain to evaluate cost structures, pricing strategies, and the P&L impact of new product launches. Ensure margin optimization and efficient scale-up through close coordination with co-manufacturers and internal stakeholders. Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement Track and analyze commercialization performance, including launch success metrics and operational KPIs. Lead post-launch reviews and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance speed-to-market, cost efficiency, and product quality. Qualifications: Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Food Science, or a related field. Experience: 10+ years of progressive experience in commercialization, product development, or operations within the food or CPG industry. Proven success in launching food products through co-manufacturing or external production partnerships. Strong background in cross-functional project leadership and commercialization process improvement. Skills: Excellent project management and stakeholder influencing/ communication skills. Deep understanding of food manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and product lifecycle management. Financial acumen with experience in cost modeling and margin analysis. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple internal and external partners. Experience establishing & owning Process Implementation and working knowledge of SaaS systems. The pay range for this full-time, salaried position is $160,266 - $240,400/year. Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. The position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive based on company and individual performance.
