Buona . Under the direction of the District Manager, the General Manager is responsible for attaining sales and profit targets established for Buona Restaurant and Buona Catering Retail. Duties
Achieve sales targets Recognize all revenue areas & develop strategies to impact sales Enforce & execute marketing plans Manage and control direct expenses Oversee direct labor, food cost variance, repairs and maintenance, discounts, and other direct expenses Selection, retention, supervision, and training of all hourly employees Conduct quarterly reviews and adhere to established training programs Determine employee advancement or termination Develop employees into shift managers Conduct weekly meetings with Co-Managers to discuss opportunities Focus on sales building, staffing levels, labor and food costs, cash management, and building/equipment repairs Enforce policies, procedures, and controls Evaluate systems & procedures and provide feedback to District Manager Be phone accessible for store emergencies Implement & communicate advertising and marketing plan opportunities and give feedback Reporting
Reports directly to District Manager Participate in weekly and monthly meetings Additional Details
