Corporate Associate Attorney
to join their premier
Healthcare and Life Sciences Licensing
practice in their
New York
office. This position offers the opportunity to advise leading pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device companies on complex licensing and commercial transactions at the forefront of the life sciences industry.
Candidate Profile:

3+ years
of substantive experience in
life sciences licensing
and
commercial transactions (link removed)>
Background in
biology ,
chemistry , or a related
life sciences field , or experience working in the
biopharmaceutical industry (link removed)>
Demonstrated experience negotiating and drafting complex agreements, including
licensing ,
collaboration ,
development ,
manufacturing , and
distribution arrangements (link removed)>
Familiarity with
FDA regulatory frameworks ,
intellectual property rights , and
industry-specific legal issues (link removed)>
Excellent written and oral communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including IP, regulatory, and corporate attorneys.
Key Responsibilities:
Advise clients on complex licensing and strategic transactions, including technology transfer, research collaborations, and commercialization agreements.
Draft, review, and negotiate life sciences-focused agreements supporting research, development, manufacturing, and commercialization activities.
Provide regulatory and strategic counsel to life sciences companies, investment firms, and joint venture partners.
Coordinate with IP, regulatory, litigation, and corporate colleagues to deliver comprehensive transactional support.
Maintain strong client relationships and offer business-oriented legal guidance to help clients navigate high-stakes commercial and regulatory environments.
