Principal Electrical Engineer

to join a

in the

Northwest Twin Cities Metro . This is a

exceptional clinical results . Backed by major med tech investors, the company is entering a high-growth phase with a strong pipeline and a collaborative, high-caliber R&D team. With a strong leadership team and a clear path to market, this is one of the most exciting early-stage ventures in the Twin Cities medtech space. In this role, you'll lead the

electrical design and development

of next-generation medical devices, including

capital equipment, disposables, and accessories . You'll work hands-on with

custom PCB design , collaborate with a high-performing R&D team, and help bring life-saving technology to market. Requirements:

BS/MS in Electrical Engineering or related field 10+ years of experience in product development (flexible for exceptional candidates) Strong experience with

custom PCB design using Altium Background in

medical device capital equipment Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

motor control and actuator systems Prior

start-up experience Exposure to

analog and digital circuit design Passion for building innovative, clinically impactful technology EOE Statement:
