(This differential may be adjusted or discontinued based on business requirements.) Responsibilities: Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individual patient needs Administer medications and treatments per physician orders or protocols Perform assessments and document findings Respond effectively in emergency situations Support patient and family education throughout care Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare teams Delegate tasks based on staff competency Supervise LPNs and assistive personnel Validate and communicate patient care decisions Demonstrate psychomotor skills and clinical competency Complete age-specific and procedure-specific training Educate and mentor new staff and students Take on relief charge nurse and other leadership roles Support shared governance and care delivery models Align practices with PHS mission and philosophy Use protocols and standards of care effectively Evaluate patient progress using tools like EOSS Maintain thorough documentation across all activities Attend required in-services (BLS, safety, infection control) Participate in department governance and quality initiatives Meet dress code, maintain licensure, and track continuing education Foster positive relationships and maintain punctual attendance Qualifications: ADN/BSN/MSN NM State or Multistate License BLS Requires at Time of Hire Benefits: We're all about well-being, starting with yours.
