As a Senior Calibration Technician, you will be part of the Process & Analytical Team supporting critical calibration and maintenance functions. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.Job Title: Senior Calibration TechnicianLocation: San Diego, CaliforniaPay Range: $40-$48/hr (open to $49-$50/hr for the right candidate)What's the Job? Oversee and supervise calibrations, qualifications, and preventive maintenance with accurate and timely documentation. Provide guidance and effective solutions to clients and technical resources. Develop client quotes and proposals while ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards. Proactively assess project safety concerns and ensure compliance with client and company safety requirements. Build strong relationships with clients to expand service offerings and enhance client satisfaction.What's Needed? A four-year degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field, or equivalent military training. Four or more years of applicable experience in Metrology, Instrumentation, or Calibration. Strong background in process and analytical technologies, particularly in FDA-regulated environments.
