We're hiring a Junior HR Admin with 2-5 years of prior HR experience to support the execution of essential HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This is a hands-on, people-focused role ideal for someone who thrives in a detail-driven environment, enjoys improving employee experiences, and brings genuine enthusiasm to internal culture-building efforts. You'll play a key part in ensuring that our team members feel supported, welcomed, and excited to be part of the company.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with onboarding processes, including documentation, scheduling, and orientation logistics
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for employee questions, benefits, and general HR support
  • Help implement HR policies, procedures, and internal documentation
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, including events, recognition programs, and surveys
  • Ensure a consistent, professional, and people-first experience across all HR interactions
  • Work closely with leadership and team members to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Handle administrative HR tasks with strong attention to detail and follow-through
What We're Looking For
  • Based in DMV/DC Metro Area (remote work may be permitted for DC-area residents)
  • 2-5 years of experience in HR administration or a generalist support role
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented, organized, and dependable
  • Strong communicator who enjoys working with people and fostering positive environments
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, high-accountability culture
  • Familiar with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and ideally an HRIS or ATS (e.g., Gusto, BambooHR, Greenhouse)
  • Excited about improving internal operations and helping people succeed
  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
