As a Master Data Coordinator, you will be responsible to create and maintain data integrity in our billing and quoting systems and perform data scrubs on existing and new customers either through organic growth or through acquisitions. Develop and run special projects, provide cross functional support to streamline and establish best practices for FBS. Create and maintain training documentation as well as deliver training to both Backoffice and field teams. You will create, improve, and implement SOPs regarding the FBS team in our corporate headquarters.
Essential functions include:
- Create and maintain customer accounts in our billing system and make sure they are properly mirrored in any/all other systems that the business uses
- Maintain the data in our Invoice Automation User Interface (IAUI) to ensure correct and timely delivery of our invoices to our customers
- Own and administrate the creation and maintenance of our third-party portal billing accounts, including the set-up of new portals as well as users within.
- Manage and troubleshoot duplicate information in our business systems
- Prepare, analyze, & distribute spreadsheets to internal teams as required
- Lead and drive customer clean up, new customer and customer site entry
- Development and documentation of processes with other functional data owners to support ongoing maintenance of Master Data
- Coordinate with other teams in testing scripts in our proprietary systems
- Create, update, and distribute training documentation for Sales reps relating to Master Data and Customer/Site Set up.
- Provide in-person or remote training sessions with internal and external teams

- Working knowledge of the following systems is a benefit: Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics SL (Solomon), Quoting CPQ
- Microsoft Office Proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Experience with Salesforce is preferred
