About the Role
As a member of our expanding Growth team, the Growth Marketing Operations Associate Manager will play a pivotal role in making sure that every eligible individual within our client base receives the hyper-customized experience they need to enroll and start their journey with Hinge Health. You'll help us scale our B2C growth channels - including email, direct mail, and SMS - through automation, working as the go-to production expert in platforms such as Iterable. In partnership with our user acquisition marketing team, you'll act as a key operational strategist in building end-to-end user-focused journeys that allow us to drive enrollments and grow revenue. We're looking for someone who has a passion for production and enjoys the hands-on aspect of building campaigns in-house.
What You'll Accomplish
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $112,000 - $168,000.

What You'll Accomplish
- Lead end-to-end operations for direct mail campaigns, including production management, vendor coordination, budget and inventory tracking to ensure accurate and efficient delivery.
- Build, test, and optimize multi-channel user journeys, integrating direct mail, email, and SMS campaigns using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Iterable, Braze, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
- Collaborate with marketing strategy, creative, data, and engineering teams to translate business objectives and creative assets into fully automated, personalized communications.
- Execute high-velocity experiments and gather quick insights to optimize email, direct mail, and SMS content.
- Maintain healthy data hygiene and sophisticated audience segmentation to optimize targeting for both offline and digital campaigns.

Basic Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience on a marketing automation and operations team that works cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Engineering, Data and Design.
- 2+ years hands-on experience managing direct mail programs, including end-to-end vendor or platform operations.
- Professional experience building multi-channel user journeys in automation platforms such as Iterable, Braze, Marketo or Salesforce Marketing cloud.
- Professional experience using data to identify insights and build complete segments and dig below surface-level insights.
- Strong grasp of marketing experimentation and test design (e.g., A/B/n testing) for continuous improvement.
- Quadient experience to streamline direct mail production and customization workflows
- HTML/CSS coding for email template creation and customization
- SQL proficiency for campaign analysis and reporting (Mode Analytics experience a plus)
- Iterable experience - Iterable certified
- Professional experience with marketing tech stack evaluation, engineering, Martech tools
