In this role, you'll help shape our Treatment Experience , designing solutions that empower members to act on the relationship between their lifestyle and overall health. As a Senior Product Designer , you'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to give members powerful new tools to aid Hinge Health's understanding of their context and daily behaviors, unlocking deep, actionable insights about their habits and lifestyle.

What You'll Accomplish
We believe that remote work and in-person work have their own advantages and disadvantages, and we want to be able to leverage the best of both worlds. Employees in hybrid roles are required to be in the office 3 days per week, for the full 8 hours of a typical business day. The San Francisco office has a dog-friendly workplace program.
Basic Qualifications
This position will have an annual salary, plus equity and benefits. Please note the annual salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. The annual salary range for this position is $144,000 - $216,000.

What You'll Accomplish
- Develop a vision for our product experience; identify and visualize opportunities to up-level our member experience to benefit both our users and our business.
- Lead the development and delivery of solutions that meet intended goals and create outcomes that positively impact key metrics.
- Be a steward of great product design by ensuring solutions set high visual and interaction design quality standards.
- Identify needs and key opportunities for user input; help plan and conduct user research with our user research team with contextual interviews, think-alouds, A/B tests, surveys and analysis.
- Collaborate with engineers, product managers, care team members, and other designers to ensure designs drive desired UX, business, and technical outcomes.
- Mentor and grow fellow designers while evangelizing design practices and finding opportunities to elevate confidence in design across the larger company.

Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of product design experience, including partnering with product and engineering teams
- Bachelor's Degree in Interaction, Industrial, Product, Service design, Human-computer interaction, or equivalent experience
- A portfolio demonstrating end-to-end ownership of successful product launches, with strengths in both interaction and visual design
- Strong understanding of visual design principles-layout, iconography, typography-with a curiosity for advancing interface aesthetics
- Experience driving the full product design process, from discovery to delivery
- Proven collaboration and communication skills, with a history of partnering effectively with cross-functional peers
- Ability to articulate design decisions clearly and adapt feedback into actionable improvements
- Proficient in prototyping across fidelities to test and communicate design intent
- Skilled in documenting user flows and reusable components with attention to systems thinking
- Comfortable using research and data to shape and validate design decisions
- A 0 to 1 mindset - you're comfortable navigating ambiguity, partnering closely with product and engineering teammates to make decisions quickly, learn from them, and iterate. You aren't afraid to put something out there to get rapid feedback.
- AI curiosity - you actively explore how emerging tools like generative AI can enhance workflows, creativity, or product experiences
- Design innovator - you are excited to redefine a space by bringing novel, delightful ideas to the table. You are able to pull from unexpected sources of inspiration.
