A growing healthcare company is seeking a motivated and hands-on Training Supervisor to lead and develop its Service Coordination team. This role combines day-to-day oversight with a strong emphasis on training, mentoring, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality care, communication, and documentation across the department.
Responsibilities Include:
- Train new and existing Service Coordinators on processes, systems, and compliance standards.
- Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to improve team performance.
- Oversee communication with patients via phone, email, and required quarterly visits.
- Review and ensure accurate and compliant documentation for each case.
- Monitor team output and identify areas for improvement or retraining.
- Collaborate with leadership and other departments to ensure smooth, coordinated care.
- Implement best practices and help shape departmental policies and workflows.
- Support performance reviews and provide input on team development strategies.
- Previous experience in a training, supervisory, or team lead role (preferably in healthcare).
- Strong understanding of care coordination or case management processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to motivate and support team members.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and documentation platforms.
