Job DescriptionThe Nutrition Services Representative utilizes a thorough understanding of therapeutic diets and takes responsibility for following diet orders and tube feeding orders. This position is responsible for visiting all patients on the 'Appropriate with Assist' list, helping them choose appropriate foods within their therapeutic diet needs. In addition, this position is responsible for assembling and mixing all tube feeding orders. Lastly, this position oversees the completion of tasks and duties of the Call Center Associates and acts as a resource in the call center - answering calls, managing caller queue during call back periods, audits, problem solving and effectively communicating with staff and leaders. Performs other duties within the Nutrition Services Department as assigned.FTE: 0.4; 16 hours per week Work Schedule: Week 1 & 3: Sunday (11am-730pm), Wednesday (345pm-745pm) and Thursday (345pm-745pm) Week 2 & 4: Tuesday (345pm-745), Wednesday (345pm-745pm) and Saturday (11am-730pm)Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent + 2 years customer service experience OR 6 months of Regions Hospital's Nutrition Services Call Center work experienceSalary Rate: $18.06 - $27.09 hourlyBenefits: Regions Hospital offers a competitive benefits package (0.5 FTE or greater) that includes medical insurance, dental insurance, 401K with match, disability insurance, and tuition reimbursement.
