Job SummaryAs a MRI Technologist at Mon Health, you will provide quality imaging for the purpose of diagnostic and/or treatment of anatomic and physiologic disorders to the patient and self, following all regulatory and safety requirements, and while providing an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence, one patient at a time.ResponsibilitiesConducts ProceduresFollows all policies, procedures and protocols to produce quality images while ensuring patient comfort and safety at all times, with observation from supervisor and/or praise received from radiologists, patients, students (if applicable), and coworkers for demonstrating high job knowledge, skill, and willingness to help others.Supplies and EquipmentFollows all policies, procedures, and protocols and manufacturer's guidelines when handling equipment, while demonstrating proficiency in communicating issues and independently cleaning and stocking rooms.RIS and PAC'sFollows all policies, procedures, and protocols when operating computers to ensure patient confidentiality, validity of charges, validity of data in in all systems, and quality images submitted for radiologist's interpretation. Patient Care Positioning and EducationAlways remains patient and customer focused utilizing age-appropriate techniques to provide an extraordinary patient experience, compassionate care and clinical excellence one patient at a time.
