Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (Monday-Friday, Day Shift) Location: Memphis, TN We are seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist to join our team in Memphis, TN. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional looking for a stable, Monday-Friday day shift schedule with NO ON CALL duties. The ideal candidate will perform non-invasive vascular exams to assess blood flow and help diagnose vascular conditions. Job Responsibilities: Perform high-quality vascular ultrasound exams, including carotid, venous, and arterial studies. Ensure that ultrasound images are of high diagnostic value for accurate results. Maintain accurate documentation of patient information and exam results. Collaborate with physicians to discuss exam findings and contribute to patient care decisions. Follow all safety protocols and infection control standards during procedures. Keep ultrasound equipment well-maintained and perform routine quality control checks. Educate patients on the procedure and ensure their comfort during the exam. Qualifications: Certification as a Vascular Technologist (RVT or equivalent) required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field. Previous experience in vascular ultrasound preferred, but not required for entry-level candidates. Strong knowledge of vascular anatomy and Doppler ultrasound technology. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with patients and healthcare team members.
