Complete documentation as per protocol.- Report residents' rights, refusals, and concerns to charge and/or supervisory nurse in a timely manner. Promptly report changes in residents' physical, emotional, and psychosocial status to charge nurse.- Reasonably anticipate occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens.
