The P2M Transformation will define future state, identify and solution optimized people, process, and tools required to execute, and mobilize on delivery. The newly-created Senior Analyst P2M Transformation is a critical member of the team driving this work. Reporting to the P2M Transformation lead, the primary objective of this position is to support the P2M Transformation team and Gap Inc in achieving planned goals through rigor, focus and delivery against key program milestones and objectives. The work requires comprehensive oversight across all P2M Transformation workstreams that are inclusive of product creation, assortment, and buying decisions; the role will work with internal and external transformation teams and partners to support the identification of opportunities, achieve desired program milestones, and deliver critical content creation.What You'll DoWork with Transformation Leadership to support operationalization of P2M Transformation workstreams; support activation of program-specific objectives via project management deliverables and expectationsDrive value realization through escalation of risks to milestone achievement and delivery against prioritiesEnsure relevant program / initiatives are on track, including scope and timeline, by partnering with Transformation leadership to hold cross-functional partners accountableProvide visibility to program / initiative progress, KPI performance and value forecast / tracking. Maintain program framework materials and methodologies (i.e., governance, status reporting, milestone management)Proactively anticipate and identify interdependencies, risks and issues; activate partners to address issues before they impact business results. Support resolution of risks, actions, issues, and decisions (RAID).Support program leadership in developing executive and enterprise-wide communication materialsWho You Are4+ years of professional experience; experience in strategy/management consulting, retail or consumer products, or similar preferredExperience performing program management and leading PMO activities in complex program structuresExperience in strategic storytelling and building executive-level presentations and communicationStrong relationship building skills and experience working closely with cross functional partners to influence strategic agendas and operationalize key initiativesComfort with ambiguity and a dynamic business landscape. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects, to prioritize and re-prioritize, and to adapt to a changing environmentWillingness to dive deep to understand and manage program details, including managing projects directly and tracking project plans & milestonesFluency in MSFT suite; PPT, XLS, and Smartsheet; adept at developing executive-level presentations and tracking project plans and milestones
