Must-Have Skills:
- 4-9 years of experience in technical recruitment across areas like Engineering, Data Science, and Product
- Proven success in full-cycle recruiting, talent sourcing, and using ATS tools like iCIMS
- Strong knowledge of technical skill sets and ability to present hiring data to stakeholders
- Previous experience working at Uber or a similar tech company
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field
