About the Opportunity:
FedTec is seeking a motivated and well-connected Staffing Coordinator to support the recruitment and placement of temporary clerical professionals for a variety of client needs in the Sacramento area. This role is ideal for someone with a strong local network, experience in staffing or recruitment, and a solid understanding of how to navigate organizational hiring processes. Staffing Coordinator will act a key liaison between our team and client contacts, you will be responsible for identifying staffing needs, sourcing qualified candidates, and ensuring smooth placements.

Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary point of contact for client representatives regarding temporary clerical staffing needs.
  • Gather and clarify job requirements, timelines, and candidate qualifications.
  • Source, screen, and coordinate placement of qualified temporary clerical staff.
  • Maintain regular communication with both clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Track and report on staffing activity, candidate pipelines, and client satisfaction.
  • Attend occasional in-person meetings with client contacts as needed.
Qualifications :
  • Prior experience in staffing, recruiting, or HRespecially in temporary or contract roles.
  • Familiarity with administrative or clerical job functions.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Based in or near Sacramento, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings
