Hourly Pay Rate: $32.00Serves as a primary point of contact for program needs in need of behavioral health consultation Completes behavioral assessments, related Behavior Support Plans, and other behavioral interventions as needed. Provides training, modeling, and coaching to stakeholders in the implementation of behavioral interventions. Monitors & measures outcomes of interventions both new and existing, and revises/implements planning, data collection and training approaches as needed to facilitate positive outcomes.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS / RESPONSIBILITIES:Collaboration with treatment/support teams and stakeholders to maximize multi-disciplinary & person-centered approaches, and positive outcomes.Devises behavioral tracking / outcome measures to illustrate the impact of interventions. Revises MMP/BSP and training approaches as needed to improve outcomes, including annotations and addendums as communicated by program team.Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments, and other assessments as needed to inform Behavior Support Plan and/or services developmentDevelops and/or revises Behavior Support Plans (BSPs) or provides alternate clinical recommendations per assessment findingsCompletes semi-annual review of data for existing planning of individuals assigned.Completes monthly review of available data for individuals assigned.
