About the Role:We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced wholesaler to join a lean firm with high visibility and impact. This role requires an individual with experience in fixed income, equity, or real estate products. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience as an internal or hybrid wholesaler position and eager to take on an external role within a dynamic and results-driven team. This position will be hybrid/in-person based in the firm's NYC office.Position: WholesalerMarket Focus: Wirehouses, RIAs, and InstitutionsProducts: Alternative Fixed Income, Equity, and REITsKey Responsibilities:Take the lead in promoting and selling a broad range of fixed income, equity, and real estate products to Wirehouses, RIAs, and Institutions.Work closely with internal teams to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at expanding the firm's presence and market share throughout the US.Maintain and cultivate strong relationships with financial advisors and key accounts, ensuring their needs are met and addressing any concerns or questions.Provide product training, presentations, and ongoing support to clients in the designated channels.Collaborate with a lean, agile team to ensure seamless communication, efficient distribution, and quick response times.Qualifications:Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an internal wholesaler with a proven ability to transition into an external wholesaling role.Experience in promoting and selling fixed income, equity, and real estate investment products.Strong understanding of the Wirehouse, RIA, and Institutional distribution channels and a proven track record of success within these markets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with advisors and clients.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a small but highly efficient team.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
