As a Kofax/Imaging developer, the job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Over 8+ years of experience in system analysis, design, and development of Document Management Systems, Record Management, Enterprise Content Management processes, and workflow solutions.
Solid experience with Kofax Capture 11, KTM 6, KCIC, KCNS, and/or Kofax (Tungsten) Total Agility platforms, IBM Content Management, and OpenText/RightFax systems.
Proven track record of designing and deploying enterprise-scale capture solutions and automating information-intensive processes.
Design and develop imaging and workflow solutions, client/server, WinForms, web-based applications using .NET and Java technologies across different infrastructure layers, ensuring scalability and high availability.
Strong programming skills in VB.Net, C#.Net, MVC, ASP.NET, .NET Core, WinForms, WCF, WPF, LINQ, Entity Framework, and backend RDBMS databases such as MS SQL Server, DB2, and PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of scripting languages like VB Script, JavaScript, SBL, and Win Wrap Basic.
Deep understanding of OCR/ICR, barcode technologies, image preprocessing, and machine learning-based classification.
Extensive experience automating data and document extraction methods.
Develop custom workflows and export connectors using C#.Net, Java, and CM APIs to integrate with IBM EE Content Management Systems.
Worked with various document types: structured, unstructured, and semi-structured.
Develop web services using REST, JSON, SOAP, and create user interfaces with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, and jQuery.
Develop IBM Navigator EDS services and interface templates for content repositories.
Design and implement imaging applications that integrate with vendor cloud applications.
Worked extensively on Document Classes in KTM Project Builder, Locators, and Recognition Engines.
Understand end-to-end application delivery in a multi-platform environment.
Responsible for data migration through enterprise applications.
Manage capacity planning, design, and maintenance of complex system integrations.
Install, configure, and apply service packs on application servers and clients.
Install, configure, and maintain production scanners from Fujitsu, Next Scan, and related applications.
Document functional designs and system aspects for future upgrades and maintenance.
Ensure systems and processes meet security and compliance standards.
