Conducts self in a professional and respectful manner in administering nursing care and education to the resident and family members, interacting with interdisciplinary health care team members and with the community.Essential Duties & Responsibilities:Works with interdisciplinary team to meet resident needs.Accurate and efficient documentation of resident care and medication information.Supervision of staff and delegation of duties using effective communication techniques.Essential Skills and Experience:LPN License - MN12 Continuing Education Credits/2 yearsCPR CertificationValid Drivers License Basic computer skills. Word.
