Base pay range
$70.00/hr - $75.00/hr
About the Role:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced SAP Ariba Technical Project Lead to oversee and guide large-scale procurement transformation projects. This role requires close collaboration with both Business and IT stakeholders across project phases from requirement gathering through solutioning, integration, and delivery. We are seeking someone with deep Ariba functional knowledge and experience managing cross-functional initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Workstream/Process Lead across Procurement and Contract Management initiatives
- Lead requirement gathering, solution definition, and roadmap planning sessions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders for integration alignment
- Oversee issue/risk capture, mitigation planning, and status reporting
- Design and implement solutions across the full Ariba Source-to-Pay lifecycle
- Define success metrics and ensure end-to-end delivery for Procurement & Contracting
- Interface with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle) and external sourcing platforms
- Coordinate UAT, change management, and post-deployment support
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in product/technical program management
- 8+ years in cross-functional project leadership roles
- Expertise with SAP Ariba Source-to-Pay and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM)
- Experience in Construction, EPC, Utilities, or Oil & Gas sectors
- 6+ years implementing SAP Ariba integrated with SAP ECC/S4 or Oracle ERP
- Familiarity with Ariba Analytics & Reporting
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Agile project delivery experience (ADO, JIRA, or similar tools)
