Job Description***SIGN ON BONUS ELIGIBLE***Work with a great team and cutting-edge scanning technology as a patient-centered MRI Technologist in both hospital and outpatient settings. This position joins an expanding team and performs MRI exams using independent judgment and initiative, prepares patients for MRI exams, administers contrast media, and is capable of starting an intravenous catheter. This position also functions as a resource for Radiologic Technology students and interns and is an advocate for MRI safety.This job provides: Environmental balance - 1.5-2 techs per scanner. Focus around MRI safety. Creative work schedule and more time outside of work. Lots of variety - rotation through both clinics and Regions Hospital. No call! Holiday rotation.Work Schedule: Evening shift, creative schedule with 12s and 8s, including one Saturday per month and holiday rotation.Required Qualifications: Completion of a JRCERT-accredited program of Radiologic Technology or ARRT-approved equivalent. Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT). Obtain the advanced ARRT registry in MRI within 18 months of hire. BLS from an AHA- or ARC-sponsored program.Preferred Qualifications: One year of experience as a registered Radiologic Technologist. Additional Information: This is a non-union 0.65 FTE (52 hours per pay period) evening shift position working in Saint Paul and Apple Valley, MN. The full salary range for this position is $35.33-$50.06 per hour, based on years of experience, plus shift differentials and a $5000 sign-on bonus for non-HealthPartners employees. This position is non-exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and is eligible for benefits.
