We offer in-home care services tailored to meet the individual needs of our clients.Job Summary: A Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), or Licensed Vocational Nurse, is responsible for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient's medical history, and assisting patients with hygiene.LPN Compensation and Benefits:Pay starting at $30/hr (Compensation is variable and depends on the type of shift/visit, day of the week and complexity of care provided.)Employment is PRN.Competitive PayWe offer medical, dental and vision benefits through Cigna if you maintain FT hours (32+/wk)we offer 8-12 hr shifts, 1 hr nursing visits and 1 hr medication management visits. LPN Responsibilities:Collect information about conditions and treatment plans from caregivers, nurses, doctors and family membersAccurately monitor and track and document clients' overall health and medical history during every visitTake and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc.Change bandages, wound dressings, and catheters, among other related healthcare tasksAdminister medications according to the Medication recordHelp clients complete physical therapy and other recommended exercisesProvide emotional and psychological support to the client and family members as neededLPN Requirements:2+ years' nursing experience preferredCurrent CPR (American Heart Association) CertificationCurrent LPN license in GAAccess to reliable transportationAbility to work independently and with directionsWillingness to work evenings and weekends as neededExceptional customer service skillsCompassionate and friendly demeanorTrinity Life at Home is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
