Job Description:Marketing Coordinator B2B Technology & Events FocusA growing IT services firm is seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator with a strong background in event marketing to help execute impactful campaigns targeting C-level executives at fast-growing SMBs. This is an execution-focused role where you'll take ownership of logistics, event coordination, and campaign follow-through to support brand awareness and drive new business.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute in-person and virtual events such as lunch & learns, speaking engagements, client appreciation events, and webinarsManage full event logistics: venue booking, catering, promotional items, attendee registration, post-event follow-up, and ROI trackingMaintain an event calendar aligned with sales and outreach campaignsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and external partners to ensure consistency in messaging and brandingAssist with digital campaigns including LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tied to events and lead generationUtilize HubSpot to manage contact lists, run campaigns, and monitor engagementSupport LinkedIn lead generation initiatives focused on target verticals like professional services and financeCoordinate the development of marketing content and sales collateral with internal and external contributorsHelp optimize SEO, Google Business profile, and website contentEnsure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materialsRequirements2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, with an emphasis on event management (virtual and in-person)Proven ability to juggle multiple projects, vendors, and deadlines effectivelyExperience using CRM and marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred)Strong communication and collaboration skills across departmentsHighly organized, detail-driven, and proactive in executionThis role requires working from the office with some hybrid flexibility (not fully remote)Nice-to-HavesExperience in an MSP, B2B technology company, or marketing agency with SMB clientsFamiliarity with LinkedIn lead generation and sales enablementWorking knowledge of Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for basic design needsRequired Skills:•Marketing
