We're looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and previous assembly experience to help produce life-changing products! Available Shifts & Pay:1st Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM2nd Shift: 2:30 PM - 11:00 PMPay: $22-25/hr What You'll Do:Assemble, disassemble, and perform detailed process steps on medical productsMeet quality and productivity goals based on established standardsRoute finished products to designated areasConduct accurate inventory transactions and cycle countsMaintain a clean and organized work area (5S standards)Participate in Continuous Improvement efforts What You Bring:Previous experience in medical device manufacturing requiredHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredAbility to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shiftAttention to detail and ability to follow written/verbal instructions in EnglishComfortable using basic hand tools and handling small partsWillingness to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment Physical Requirements:Able to lift/move up to 25 lbs occasionallyStand, walk, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed during shiftUse of hands and arms for precision assemblyVisual acuity including close and distance vision, depth perception, and color differentiationModerate noise environment Why Join Us?Temp-to-hire with long-term potentialClean, climate-controlled facilityTeam-oriented and mission-driven cultureWork that truly makes an impact Ready to take the next step in your career?Apply now to join the Adecco team in Bedford and help shape the future of healthcare technology!Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
