Adecco is currently hiring Assembly Technicians Title: Assembler Technician Shift: Mon-Fri 6a-2:30p Location: Dallas, NC About the Role: Join our client as an Assembler Tech where you'll play a vital role in manufacturing high-quality pipe-related products. You'll follow detailed instructions and drawings, run your daily schedule, package and label products, and ensure accurate inventory tracking. Responsibilities: Meet production schedule goals dailyAssemble units per instructions and quality standardsPackage, label, and track inventory accuratelyMaintain a clean, safe workspaceReport issues such as material shortages or safety concerns Qualifications: High school diploma or GED0-1 year assembly/manufacturing experience (preferred)Basic math, computer literacy, and tool usage (tape measure, handheld tools)High attention to detailStrong communication and teamwork skills Compensation: $17-$21 Depending on ExperienceBenefits: medical/dental/vision, 401(k) match, bonus/profit-sharing Working Conditions: Early morning shifts, physically engaging tasks, production floor environment Pay Details: $17.00 to $21.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
