Advocates of both in-store and digital services and solutions who are knowledgeable about capabilities and features that drive adoption, usage and ultimately guest loyalty. Empowered to make shopping quick and easy for guests at the checklanes, guest services, gift registry, pick-up and drive up while ensuring exceptional quality.

Typical Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
- Delivering excellent guest service by greeting and engaging with guests, understanding their needs, and offering solutions
- Scanning and bagging items efficiently and accurately
- Minimizing guest wait times while maintaining service quality
- Promoting Target loyalty programs and assisting with sign-ups
- Using Target App features like Wallet, and explaining fulfillment services
- Handling returns, partnering with leaders to resolve issues, and de-escalating negative situations
- Supporting order pick-up, drive-up, and registry services
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Stocking supplies and supporting guest services during store hours
- Adhering to safety, ethical conduct, and compliance standards
Qualifications and Skills

- Work in varying temperatures and lift merchandise up to 44 pounds
