What Youll Do
  • Acquire & Deepen Relationships Prospect, network, and build trust with high-potential households and business owners
  • Diagnose & Design Conduct thorough fact-finding; craft tailored wealth, protection, and retirement strategies
  • Implement & Monitor Deliver solutions from our open-architecture platform and adjust plans as markets and client goals evolve
  • Champion Compliance Operate at a fiduciary standard and uphold SFCs ethical culture
  • Grow the Brand Share best practices and collaborate with peers to elevate the client experience firm-wide
What Youll Need
  • Licenses: Series 7 or 6, plus 63/65 or 66, and Life & Health (or a plan to obtain)
  • Experience: Proven success in financial servicesor a strong, metrics-driven sales track record and desire to excel
  • Mind-Set: Entrepreneurial, client-focused, and comfortable in a commission / fee-based model
  • Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience
