Responsibilities
- Partner with Territory Managers to support marketing activities, develop relationships with agents, discuss market appetite, and review submissions.
- Identify issues or patterns, work to resolve or improve them, participate in agency planning, and identify sales opportunities.
- Educate and train agency staff on company products, services, processes, and underwriting philosophy.
- Analyze commercial accounts, make risk decisions, ensure compliance, and maintain a profitable book of business.
Qualifications
- Four-year college degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-5 years of commercial lines underwriting experience.
- CPCU designation or similar coursework preferred.
- Strong organizational, negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of commercial lines products, regulations, and policies.
- Ability to manage complex workloads independently.

- Salary range: $52,000 $100,000
