Job Overview Senior Finance Associate:Compensation: $100,000 $125,000/year + bonusLocation: New York, NYSchedule: Monday to Friday (In-Office) Our client is hiring a Senior Finance Associate in New York, NY, to lead monthly close, budgeting, and FP&A across healthcare and advisory business units. This role includes preparing consolidated financials, managing OpCo/PropCo structures, and driving forecasting and reporting. Ideal candidates have corporate or public accounting experience, strong modeling skills, and proficiency in NetSuite, QuickBooks, or Kyriba.Responsibilities as the Senior Finance Associate:

- Month-End Close & Consolidation: Lead monthly close processes and prepare consolidated financial statements.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate with managers, accounting teams, and third-party administrators to review financials.
- Tax & Compliance Support: Liaise with tax accountants on planning and annual filings for multiple entities.
- Budgeting & Proformas: Develop annual budgets and financial proformas across healthcare and advisory groups.
- FP&A & Modeling: Support forecasting, financial modeling, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Reporting & Analysis: Prepare internal reports and assist with lender, investor, and service provider communications.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required (CPA preferred).
- Experience: 2-5 years in corporate or public accounting, with preferred experience in real estate, credit, senior housing, or healthcare sectors.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, NetSuite, Kyriba, and QuickBooks, with strong capabilities in financial modeling and proforma analysis.
- Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
