POSITION SUMMARY: This position is responsible for performing diverse Talent Department support and assistance to the Regional Talent Team. Assists in providing first hand support and organizing the day-to-day operations of the recruiting and onboarding process. The position involves a high degree of professionalism, organization, attention to detail, project management, and customer service. The Talent Specialist frequently interacts with high level contacts and has exposure to sensitive human resources information necessitating the use of tact, diplomacy, discretion and judgment.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: Associates Degree in Human Resources, Communication, Business or related field preferred. High Scholl Diploma requiredCERTIFICATION/LICENSES: PHR/SPHR desirableSKILLS: Takes initiative in situations in anticipation of needsExperience supporting multiple people and managing ongoing projectsCompetent problem solverTechnical proficiency in Outlook, MS Office, including Word, Excel and Power Point, and HRIS systemsStrong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituenciesAbility to provide accurate and efficient service under the pressure of constant deadlinesSkilled in organizing tasks and establishing prioritiesAbility to gather data, consistently track metrics, and prepare reportsThorough attention to detailTeam playerDemonstrated project management skillsExcellent telephone and customer relations skillsEXPERIENCE: 0-2 Years previous recruiting support or HR experience preferred. NATURE OF SUPERVISION: -Responsible to: Director Physician Recruitment and Integration ENVIRONMENT:Bloodborne pathogen: AWorks in clean, well-lighted, ventilated, smoke-free environment. Working hours are varied, with flexibility due to unexpected changes in schedule and emergencies.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Requires the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively, and develop and communicate written materials. Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time, as well as standing, stooping, stretching and lifting (up to 50 pounds) involved in filing duties.
