This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team leadership or mentorship capacity, brings a strong foundation in software sales, and is ready to influence sales strategy, coaching, and enablement at scale.You'll play a critical role in refining sales processes, supporting team success, and accelerating adoption of Pearl's AI platform across the dental market.
