You will be responsible for managing high-volume triage calls, assessing urgent patient needs, and supporting various clinical and administrative functions that ensure efficient and compassionate care delivery.How You'll Drive Our Mission Forward:Triage incoming calls to determine urgency and coordinate timely medical responseAccurately document patient complaints, symptoms, and actions taken in the electronic medical record (EMR)Support risk management by maintaining precise clinical documentationCommunicate directly with providers about patient concerns and clinical statusProvide education to patients and families, ensuring understanding of care plans and instructionsSupport the overall flow of clinic operations through scheduling, medication refills, and patient messagingWhat Makes You a Great Match:High school diploma requiredActive LPN license issued by the Board of NursingBasic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification optionalMinimum of 2 years of LPN experience, or 1 year of cardiology LPN experienceExcellent communication and customer service skillsFamiliarity with electronic medical record systems and clinical documentation Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
