The company has a global reach and partners with well-known companies such as Boeing, Tesla, Rolls-Royce, and more. They are seeking a Regional Financial Analyst to join team, reporting directly into the CFO.As the Regional Financial Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the Executive Leadership team on financial reporting, budgeting, analysis, and more across the 5 regions within the US. In addition, you will partner cross-functionally with various departments to understand the entirety of the business and provide recommendations.Job DescriptionRegional Financial Analyst Responsibilities:Create and deliver ad hoc financial analyses, reports, and presentations tailored for executive leadership.Partner with the CFO to design and refine annual budgets and continuous forecasting processes.Develop capital expenditure budgets, monitor spending against projections, and report variances promptly.Organize and produce financial presentation materials for executive and Board-level meetings across U.S. and North American operations.Participate in internal leadership meetings by setting agendas, documenting key points, and ensuring follow-up on action items.Evaluate monthly profit and loss statements across both regional and subregional levels.Analyze financial data to identify trends and variances in revenue and expenses, offering insights through detailed research and analytics.Collaborate with corporate accounting to verify the accuracy and integrity of regional and subregional financial statements.Act as a financial resource and advisor to regional leadership, providing training and support on finance topics relevant to local operations.Deliver consistent financial performance reports to regional and subregional management teams.Draft and oversee intercompany shared service agreements, managing the related negotiation and cost allocation processes.Assist with various special projects and other finance-related responsibilities as needed.
