Alcott HR is seeking an experienced Outside Sales professional to join our team as a Senior Business Consultant. As a Professional Employer Organization, we offer comprehensive Human Resources support to our clients. In this role, you will spearhead the launch of our services in the Philadelphia market, serving as the primary sales representative. Your main responsibilities will include identifying potential business opportunities, fostering strong relationships throughout the area, and engaging with potential clients to understand their needs. You will work closely with business owners and key decision-makers to provide tailored HR solutions.We've got a lot to offer:Uncapped commission and unlimited territoryAbility to sell any of our offerings to any industry (PEO, ASO, HRO, HR Consulting)Competitive base salary plus an industry-leading commission plan with escalating ratesRemote scheduleHere's what you'll do:Develop and maintain relationships with business owners and key decision makers.Leverage your professional network to generate referral business and expand Alcott HR's client baseNetwork with business advisors to educate them on Alcott HR's offerings and benefits for their clientsProspect and network for business owners and key decision makers to explain how Alcott HR can help their company to growComplete required sales process, paperwork and finalize new client contractsTravel throughout our open territory.
