Fresh of a Series B $30M raise, co-led by Declaration Partners and 14W with additional investment from previous investor Charles River Ventures, and new investors Endeavor, Jessica Alba, Adam Grant and others, ResortPass is at the beginning of creating a new category of hospitality.About the roleWe are looking for someone who is located in or near the NYC area, as this role will be in person at our NYC headquarters. The base salary for this role will range from $170,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year, plus equity, commensurate with experience.What you'll doDefine and evolve the brand's creative strategy, ensuring consistency and excellence across all touchpoints.Concept, design, and execute standout creative assets across digital, social, email, paid media, and website touchpoints.Partner closely with integrated marketing leadership to concept and bring to life tentpole moments and larger campaigns. Develop creative briefs, mood boards, and campaign guidelines; champion the brand voice and aesthetic.Partner cross-functionally with growth, brand, product, sales, and CX teams to bring our brand to life via digital and IRL touchpoints. Source, brief, and oversee contractors, agencies, photographers, videographers, and other creative partners as needed.Maintain a hands-on approach to design execution; serve as an individual contributor and design leader.Continuously test, iterate, and innovate to push the brand forward and stay ahead of trends.Your experienceWe encourage candidates to apply even if they don't have 100% of the below qualifications. We believe in a holistic approach when evaluating talent for our team and post new roles often, so even if this role isn't quite right, we want to meet you!8+ years of experience in design and creative leadership roles, ideally within consumer brands, lifestyle, hospitality, or travel.Deep knowledge of design principles, brand systems, and creative production.Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills.Proven track record upleveling an early stage brand during a period of scale Comfortable in a highly entrepreneurial, fast pace environment and lean teamPassion for an early stage start up environment and what it means to be in "builder mode"You're a good person.
