This is a great opportunity for a skilled and dedicated individual to gain valuable experience and make a difference in the lives of patients.Key Responsibilities:- Assist in preparing operating rooms for surgery, including sterilizing equipment and ensuring all necessary supplies are available- Prepare patients for surgery by washing and disinfecting incision sites, positioning them on the operating table, and covering them with sterile drapes- Pass instruments and supplies to the surgeon during procedures- Monitor and maintain a sterile environment during surgery, including handling and disposing of contaminated items- Assist with wound closure and apply dressings as directed by the surgeon- Prepare and maintain surgical equipment and instruments for use in future procedures- Collaborate with other members of the surgical team to ensure efficient and safe patient care- Document all procedures and patient information accurately and in a timely manner- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocolsQualifications:- Certified Surgical Technician (CST) certification required- Basic Life Support (BLS- Minimum of 2-year experience as a Surgical Technician- Knowledge of surgical procedures, instruments, and equipment- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment- Excellent communication and teamwork skills- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions- Must be able to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidaysShift:- Shift Timings: 06:45-17:15 Hours Monday to Friday (4 Days/10 Hours)Hours:- Per Week: 40 HoursAt Confident Staff Solutions, we value our employees and strive to create a positive and supportive work environment.
