JOB SUMMARY/PURPOSEAssists practitioner in performance of procedures, telephone prescription orders/refills, maintaining patient record and relaying test results. Provides safe and quality nursing care under the direction of SHS practitioners and the Clinic Supervisor within scope of practice.DEPARTMENT DESCRIPTIONThe Heartspring Wellness Center offers services to help clients achieve their best health in mind, body and spirit. Services include integrative primary care, integrative medicine consultations, naturopathic medicine, osteopathic manipulative medicine (OMT), acupuncture, nutrition counseling and classes, chronic disease management, integrative cancer support services, massage therapy, movement therapy, mind-body medicine, stress and symptom reduction, biofeedback and imagery for pain reduction and better living.EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION/QUALIFICATIONSCurrent unencumbered Oregon Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure required.Healthcare Provider BLS required.Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.Lab/EKG experience preferred.KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIESPatient Care - Possess the skills and knowledge needed to assist and care for others.
