Job Overview
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Sr. Principal Program Cost and Schedule Control Analyst to support the Aerospace Vehicle Equipment (AVE) Segment on the Sentinel Program. This position may be filled at a higher level based on qualifications. It is located at our Roy, UT facility supporting the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division within our Defense Systems Sector.
Responsibilities
- Setup, monitor, and control program costs and schedules.
- Perform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contract adherence to negotiated parameters.
- Prepare budgets and schedules for contract work.
- Incorporate contract changes into control systems.
- Estimate project completion and forecast activities.
- Perform miscellaneous financial analyses as required.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 8 years of related experience, Master's with 6, PhD with 4, or High School diploma with 12 years of experience.
- Minimum 3 years of Earned Value Management System (EVMS) experience.
- Must be a US Citizen with an active U.S. Government DoD Secret security clearance obtained within the last 6 years.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Aerospace/Defense industry.
- Knowledge of SAP, SAP Business Warehouse, and Cobra.
- Proficiency with MS Excel Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Benefits and Compensation

The salary range is $98,100 to $147,100, with potential for overtime, shift differential, bonuses, and long-term incentives depending on the role and individual performance.
