• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Conduct tax research and stay current on developments in federal, state, and trust tax law
• Assist with tax planning strategies and projections for businesses, and estates/trusts
• Work closely with clients to gather information, provide updates, and deliver high-quality service
• Participate in internal and external training to expand technical knowledge and leadership skills
  

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, and trust tax returns
• Conduct tax research and stay current on developments in federal, state, and trust tax law
• Assist with tax planning strategies and projections for businesses, and estates/trusts
• Work closely with clients to gather information, provide updates, and deliver high-quality service
• Participate in internal and external training to expand technical knowledge and leadership skills
  

Qualifications

• CPA license required or actively pursuing CPA certification (must be in progress)
• 35+ years of tax experience in a public accounting firm or similar environment
• Strong knowledge of individual, business, and trust taxation
• Experience working directly with clients and managing multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with trust tax law, estate planning, and fiduciary tax matters
• Experience with tax planning and advisory services
• Interest in professional development, leadership, and long-term firm growth
  

Compensation
$80 - $150k depending on education and experience
