As part of our Porter/Dish team, you're the unsung hero that keeps the kitchen moving. From keeping dishes spotless to supporting clean-up and restocking, you help maintain the pace and the positive flow behind the scenes.

What You'll Do:
- Wash and sanitize dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Keep dish station clean, organized, and properly stocked
- Assist with trash removal, restocking, and general kitchen and restaurant upkeep
- Support your teammates wherever needed during service
- Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
- A strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Comfort working on your feet in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to stay positive and productive under pressure
- No experience required - we'll train the right Employee!
