You Will:
- Work across a variety of event types: transportation coordination, dcor, teambuilding, dine-arounds, entertainment, gifting, and more.
- Participate in creative brainstorming and concept development alongside sales and design teams.
Position Requirements:
- At least 3 years related experience in conference/corporate event planning
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- 3rd party or Destination Management preferred
- Demonstrate previous high-level experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Software
- Demonstrated ability in developing strategies for effective program operations
- Creativity and strong communication, presentation, and customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize workload and handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
- Ability to monthly for tradeshows, site visits, program execution and industry events
