You'll work at the intersection of operations, technology, and transportation-supporting autonomous vehicle readiness, software updates, calibrations, and overall fleet excellence.What You'll DoAs an Operations Specialist, you'll be a critical part of the daily fleet readiness process by:Performing system checks and deploying software to ensure all autonomous vehicles are mission-ready.Manually driving vehicles for post-repair or post-upgrade data collection.Using command-line tools, GUIs, and version control software (Git) to process sensor calibrations and troubleshoot issues.Collaborating with cross-functional teams (including engineering and technical support) to resolve real-time challenges.Executing pre- and post-trip checklists, data validation tasks, and reporting across teams.Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment and vehicle bay.Supporting vehicle logistics, paperwork, and daily documentation.What We're Looking ForA valid U.S. driver's license and a clean driving record (zero points required)Ability to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screeningRecent experience in autonomous vehicles, fleet support, or mobility operationsStrong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skillsComfort working with both hardware and software environmentsStrong communication and collaboration abilitiesEnthusiasm for innovative transportation and future-facing technologyBonus Points If You HaveExperience with Git, Jira, or ConfluenceStrong skills in Excel or Google SheetsBackground in data processing or diagnosticsPerks & BenefitsCompetitive hourly payEmployer-subsidized healthcarePre-tax commuter benefitsFSA for medical expensesCompany-paid short- and long-term disability & life insurance401(k) retirement plan with company participationInterested?
