Base pay range

$70,000.00/yr - $80,000.00/yr

Our client, an established construction and real estate firm in Boston, is seeking an Accountant to join their team on a direct hire basis. This is a fully onsite role reporting directly to company leadership, offering broad exposure to financial operations across multiple entities. The Accountant will be responsible for day-to-day accounting functions including AP/AR, general ledger maintenance, monthly close, audit prep, and vendor compliance. This is a great opportunity for an accounting professional who enjoys working in a lean, hands-on environment and wants to be closely involved in the financial health of a growing company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience, ideally in real estate, construction, or property management
• Proficiency with QuickBooks or comparable accounting systems

Preferences

• Familiarity with multi-entity accounting or job cost tracking
• Prior exposure to Yardi, AppFolio, or similar property management systems
