Reports to : Merchandise Asst. Manager, Taproom Assistant General Manager
Based in : Cincinnati Ohio
Position Type : Part-time
Taproom Hours : Monday-Thursday: 3pm 10pm, Friday-Saturday: Noon - 1am, Sunday: Noon - 9pm

Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to our clients and customers.
- Support the merchandise team with stocking and staging merchandise.
- Ensure our online orders are processed and filled in a timely fashion.
- Process refunds and exchanges in house.
- Act as a brand ambassador when answering all guests questions.
- Re-stock & organize merchandise with appropriate levels of product, as needed.
- Accurately manage the cash drawer.
- All other tasks as required for the position.
- Ability to lift-up to 40 lbs. and climb a ladder when required to stock shelves.
- Ability to work flexible hours, nights, and weekends (required).
- Ability to work 2 weekends days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and 1 week day.
- Ability to work alone and as part of an active team.
- POS/Square experience (preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Passion for being part of a team and creating great work
- Experience working in retail environment
- Ability to work 15-25 hours per week
- Ability to work morning and weekend hours
