We are looking for a top-notch SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, SALES to join the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. Based in Santa Clara, this position reports to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, hardworking, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop a deep understanding of sales organization landscape and partner with sales leaders to drive business growth and financial profitability goals.
  • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective decision making through data analysis.
  • Build, maintain, and improve models to support go-to-market strategy for increased efficiency and productivity.
  • Create and manage performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to continually improve alignment, consistency, processes, and procedures.
  • Fulfill ad-hoc and regular requests from business partners, corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to drive high corporate performance and to assist with executive decision making.
Skills/Requirements:
  • BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA a plus.
  • 4+ years of related analytical experience with record of strong achievement.
  • Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, combined with business sense to assess business situations, draw conclusions, and recommend decisions in simple, consumable format.
  • Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large amounts of data understand big picture without losing sight of finer details.
  • Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team player with excellent communication skills with all levels of organization.
  • Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude.
