What Youll Do
- Enter and maintain service tickets in Sage for accurate billing
- Manage weekly accounts receivable reviews, initiate collections, and build strong client relationships
- Support monthly billing by preparing requisitions and assisting Project Managers
- Track change orders, subcontractor/supplier activity, and lien waivers
- Generate and distribute POC and WIP reports to management and Project Managers
- Support Project Administrator tasks, manage submittals, RFIs, field notes, change orders, equipment logs, payments, and purchase orders
What You Bring
- Strong grasp of basic accounting principles
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Sageexperience is a plus
- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Great communication and people skills
- Dependable, punctual, and eager to learn
Preferred but Not Required
- Associates degree in Accounting or related field
- 1+ year of experience in accounts receivable or accounting
- Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
