The Digital Marketing Manager at VENU+ will play a pivotal role in developing and executing digital marketing strategies to acquire, engage, and retain our target audiences. This dynamic individual will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure each business vertical's online presence, outbound communication, and marketing efforts align with its goals.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Digital Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies (encompassing web, social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, paid advertising, content marketing, and other relevant channels) to create integrated multimedia campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and sales.
  2. SEO and SEM: Monitor and optimize website performance to ensure high visibility in search engine results pages (SERPs) through SEO and SEM strategies.
  3. Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital marketing initiatives, promotions, and online advertising campaigns (including paid social media and Google Ads), optimizing for ROI and KPIs.
  4. Email Marketing: Develop and execute email campaigns to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  5. Marketing Automation & Database Management: Manage marketing automation tools and maintain the email marketing database.
  6. Content Creation: Create compelling content (e.g., e-blasts, posts, videos, infographics) to engage audiences across digital platforms.
  7. Analytics & Reporting: Track and analyze performance metrics, maintain dashboards, conduct research, and provide insights for improvement.
  8. Website Execution: Update and maintain WordPress sites and web properties, ensuring content accuracy and website performance.
  9. Social Media Management: Manage and grow social media presence, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
  10. Critical Thinking & Innovation: Assess challenges, evaluate data, and stay updated on digital marketing trends to recommend innovative strategies.
  11. Collaboration: Work with marketing and sales teams to execute integrated campaigns.
  12. Budget Management: Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field.
  • 4+ years of experience in B2C digital marketing with successful campaigns.
  • Expertise in digital marketing concepts, SEO/SEM, analytics, and multimedia platforms.
  • Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, WordPress, Google Analytics, and related tools.
  • Excellent communication, creative, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of multimedia skills is a plus.
Physical & Working Conditions:

Includes occasional lifting, walking, standing, and up to 20% travel. The role is primarily in an office setting, with accommodations for disabilities as needed.
